How long does it take for my order to ship?
For regular post you need to place your order by Wednesday 9th December, and for express post you need to place your order by Wednesday 16th December for pre-Christmas delivery. That said, we strongly suggest you place your order as soon as possible and use express shipping as the postal service gets overwhelmed at this time of year and often experiences delays which are outside of our control. If you are in WA, NT, north Queensland or a remote area, you will need to add extra delivery time to the above guidelines and we strongly suggest you use express shipping.
All in stock orders dispatch from our Sydney warehouse within 1-2 business days. Shipping times then vary by location but can take up to six business days for regular shipping (please allow longer for remote areas, WA or NT deliveries). There is currently a delay for orders shipping to Victoria due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Our orders ship with Australia Post and require a signature on delivery so please choose an address where someone will be able to provide this when ordering.
Domestic shipping is free for orders of $100 and above. Regular shipping is $9.95 for orders under $100 and express shipping is $14.95. All our orders are sent via Australia Post. Please see the Australia Post website for express post delivery guidelines for your area.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes! We love our international customers and work hard to provide a fair, subsidised and reliable international shipping option. Due to COVID-19 there are currently delays to a lot of locations worldwide. We have chosen to offer International Express shipping through Australia Post as it is currently the most reliable option. Please visit Australia Post's COVID-19 shipping updates for the latest information about your country.
For the USA, there is a flat rate of $30 for international express shipping.The estimated delivery time is around 7-15 business days for metro areas (please note: rural areas or Hawaii will take longer).
For the UK and Ireland, there is a flat rate of $35 for international express shipping. The estimated delivery time is around 6-15 business days for metro areas (please note: rural areas will take longer). For the UK, please be aware there is also an import VAT of 20% of the total purchase price (the order total including shipping) and an additional GBP12 customs clearance fee charged by the UK government. You will be contacted by Parcelforce to pay these charges before your package will be released to you. They are not included in your shipping cost.
For NZ, there is a flat rate of $18 for international express shipping. The estimated delivery time is around 4-8 business days for metro areas (please note: rural areas will take longer).
Buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred as well as any customs delays. Please check your local customs office for more information.
International orders can in some cases take up to six weeks for delivery. Some locations may take longer depending on the address. We are not responsible for any carrier or customs delays and cannot guarantee a set delivery time as once your order has left Australia we are unable to control the delivery service.
What is your return and refund policy?
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or unwanted gifts so please choose carefully. If you believe your order has been damaged during delivery, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving the package so we can rectify the situation by emailing us with a photo. Unfortunately, we are unable to change your delivery address or make changes to orders once they are submitted (as they are immediately sent to our warehouse and then shipped) so please double-check your order and shipping details before confirming as we are unable to take responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect address.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We are unable to offer gift wrapping as we try and offer a very fast turnaround from receiving your order to shipping although all our planners come beautifully gift boxed and the packing slip does not include any pricing information on it.
